Old Script Floss Font comes in .5", 1", 2", 3" and 4" heights. Set height is based on the capital 'A' and all other characters are proportionally sized. All sizes include uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and four punctuation. All characters are finished in a single-line 17-thread-layer Floss Stitch using standard embroidery thread and no special setup required. Stitching is left to right to minimize jump stitches. Most lowercase letters have left/right matching points. Lower case letters a c d g o q u w and x start higher up but end at the left matching point creating one jump stitch; i j and t are two part letters and will create two jump stitches. Just use your embroidery layout/editing software to line the letters up so they are touching and make sure to arrange the stitch order from left to right as well to minimize jump stitches. Characters in the .5", 1" and 2" sets individually fit all 4x4 hoops. Flourishes on the capital letters make some of them 1.5 times as wide as they are tall. Many characters in the 3" set and most in the 4" set exceed standard 4x4 hoop limitations and a few characters in the 4" set exceed 5x7 hoop limitations.
